Hergivenhair is NOT the Same
Something has changed drastically! After over a year of purchasing the same unit, I received an order that was clearly NOT the wig I ordered. I attempted to explain it was a different wig, from length to weight—with no luck. Unfortunately, what was my FAVORITE natural hair brand has become a major disappointment. Customer service could have saved the relationship, but they insisted on telling me “I’m wrong.” Black women, find a Black-owned company based here in America!!!
