Trip to busan with ninja rail.
I found the overall booking process very straightforward and easy, which I appreciated. That said, I was disappointed by the lack of seat selection this time. On a previous first-class trip a year ago, I could choose exactly where I wanted to sit. This time, I wasn't given the option or choice to pick a seat. It would be a much better experience if passengers were given the preference to choose their seating.
