Hope this helps about DH, was searching for something else but saw this…
I was searching for something else but I saw some bad reviews, so figured I better contribute. I have been shopping from DHGATE for about 8 years, across 2 continents. We all know, we get what we pay for most of the time. I have been MOSTLY satisfied with my purchases. I purchase shoes, hoodies, sweats, belts, bags and futbol/basketball wear, most are very good quality. The two issues I have had are communication with tracking and the size chart. When in doubt, buy one size up! This is because it might be Asian size. Some items have arrived way earlier without tracking, some later with tracking. I have never tried to return anything, it seemed like such a headache so I cannot comment. Some advice-USE the APP! They do respond to issues a lot of the time. The app also notifies you when it ships. When shopping online at DHgate, check the review of the merchant. if the merchant has a long record of good sales, you know it is legit and less likely to get scammed. I have bought one or two items that did not fit, once something was sent to me because the wrong size was sent, some things I did not like after buying. But my expectations have been exceeded, and my wallet has not been hurt(Thankfully) Hope this helps someone :)
