False advertising and untrustworthy
I received items that were totally not as described. My beads findings advertised ‘white special moonstone’ cabochons, I was sent grey. Any jeweller will know this isn’t an acceptable alternative. I contacted customer service and they simply asked me if I could keep them. I said I wasn’t able to use them at all as they weren’t what I paid for so after many back and forth emails I got the return address. I sent them back and the company has claimed they have never received them so I haven’t been refunded as of yet. Please stay away it’s not a trustworthy supplier.
