PAID TO SHIP BACK ITEM, NO REFUND GIVEN
Spent over $20 to ship back a rug. Was told the rug had been received at the warehouse and that they were processing my refund. Still have yet to see the refund, have called and emailed multiple times and am not hearing anything back. Would not recommend ordering from here.
