I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Oura’s customer service, especially with Lori. I honestly don’t remember ever going through a replacement process that was this complete, efficient, and fast. Everything was handled through email—no phone calls, no unnecessary back-and-forth—and yet I always felt completely informed about what was happening and what was needed from me. Lori made the entire process incredibly easy. Her responses were clear, prompt, professional, and very kind. She explained exactly what she needed from me, answered my questions clearly, and made everything so simple that it saved me a tremendous amount of time. What impressed me the most was how smoothly and quickly everything was resolved while still feeling personal and attentive. That combination of efficiency and excellent customer care is not something you find very often. I’m truly grateful to Lori and the Oura team for such an outstanding experience.
