I have been with Ship.com since 2017 when they were Zensales! Ship is very reliable, easy to use & customer service is very quick when there is an issue. Lexie responds to emails very quick! Postage pricing could be a little better if they’d remove the surcharge that no other shipping platform charges. Overall Ship is a good platform for small businesses.
