these guys are as shonky as they come. took my order, took my money and then give me some dodgey tracking # that belongs to someone in a different state. when informed they say there are "post restrictions in your area due to the virus"... what rubbish. its mid jan 23. i rang their carrier to confirm. no restrictions. as of now im doubting that I'll see my purchase and will probably take weeks for a refund through ebay due to the shonky tracking # supplied. extremely unprofessional, contemptuous and will not be getting any recommendations or money from myself in future. order# 01-09580-20756 placed 13/1/23 via ebay Australia all messages have been made via ebay and have contacted their help email (wich i am not allowed to post )without response. update... it is now 19/1/24 this pathetic company is now trying to extort another $125 out of me if i want my light. it was purchased with free postage... ha. keep saying that australia post sydney will not deliver to alice springs post office.... lmao. they couldn't lie any harder if they tried. their feedback is fake because they upload bogus tracking numbers that dont exist so its nevet their fault when you dont get your item. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. EVERYTHING THEY SAY IS A LIE.EVERYTHING.!
