Has anyone else experienced this? I've been charged $500 three months in a row and I still can't access my account. Another $500 came out today. The login code never arrives, so I can't get in at all. I've sent 17 support emails over three months and not one has been answered. I'd cancel the card, but it's tied to other parts of my business, so that's not a simple option. Has anyone had the same experience, and did you manage to resolve it? Any advice would be much appreciated.
