They bought out my loan from Wells Fargo in May, 2026. The experience has been horrible at best. When I received notice about the buyout, I contacted Freedom about continuing my auto payments. They had no idea about the situation. Then when they actually took over my loan, I could not continue the auto-payments. Finally, when I tried to make up the payments to go into their auto-payment system, they refused my payments. Run, run away from anything involving this company.
