Searching for a job has been difficult. I have been looking for work for almost 2 years. When I first spoke with the rep, she had a kind and understanding voice. She was calm and walked me through options as I expressed that I just got a job and I want to make payments. However, I was not able to pay everything from the previous year. The rep listened. I was very stressed, I'm sure she could tell. The rep she, was so patient with me that she didn't rush the call. The rep was extremely nice and sincere. I left the call with hope and better understanding of what my next steps were.

As a former realtor I have dealt with numerous banks and loan servicing companies. The vast majority do not work with their customers and I’ve seen the stress it causes. Freedom Mortgage is what we call “Built Different”! As a Veteran I have never EVER had a bad experience with them since taking on my mortgage in 2019. Every issue I had with payments during COVID and the long road to getting back on track they have been a partner holding my hand every step of the way. I know most people can’t just choose their loan servicing company and it was just by chance Freedom picked me up but thank God because I don’t know what situation I’d be in without them. P.S. they always help with the best energy and demeanor. Always pleasant, courteous, and understanding.
