The process went bad when the folks servicing the loan and title company weren’t on same page. No one followed up with me when it came time to decide who would process title work stead used my prior title company

Christopher was very efficient, organized and knowledgeable in providing what I needed to complete my refinance process. My closing team did a very good job. Overall things went quicker than I expected and very smooth.
This experience was horrible. Rocket Mortgage was lacking in their knowledge on what they needed to get to complete the loan properly. It should not have taken 70 days to close on a refinance for my home.
