Do not use them
Sorry but they are a horrible company to deal with. They hound you by calling you and emailing you non stop but when you reach out to them they never respond and ghost you. This includes Harrison Wyatt. Once we get the chance we are going to take our mortgage elsewhere. Huge mistake doing business with Rocket.

A simple home equity loan that was supposed to take a few weeks took almost four months. The process had to be restarted because it timed out due to issues with my mortgage representative's handling of the file. Communication was extremely poor, with little to no proactive updates, multiple unreturned calls, and no notification of delays. I spent far too much time chasing answers. The loan eventually closed, but the experience was frustrating, stressful, and far below my expectations. ⭐☆☆☆☆
