Lack of communication. Confusing on the closing as where funds would be distributed and directions. Checks just showed up with no warning, we could have been out of town.

Called in for orientation and 4 weeks later we were at the closing table...
Customer Service was completely professional from start to finish..
Total process start to closing was within 4 wks.
The portal for documents and communications is accessible at all times, guiding all steps needed and what to expect next.
My honest opinion is that they can move forward as soon as you respond to all communications and send in docs requested immediately, which was our case, document they requested document I scanned in.
The portal is easy to understand and navigate also your Loan Expert is the same from start to finish and are responsive same day.
Our Home Loan Expert was Ms. Huong Blais she was excellent !!!!
No surprises nor set backs from the get go...
The process was effortless. Very easy to follow online directions. Every person as helpful and knowledgeable in their area of expertise. I had been putting off the purchase of my home for years because I dreaded all the paperwork involved. This was so easy! Recommend 10 out of 10.
