Technology is very balky. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t, and you have to wait a really long time for tech support. Then send you a TON of junk mail selling other services. No thanks.

I am very disappointed with my experience with Rocket Mortgage. I was pre-approved for a $400,000 mortgage by other lenders. I provided Rocket Mortgage with all of the documents you requested, including my financial information and business documents, so you could evaluate my application accurately. After reviewing everything, I was told that I was not eligible for a home loan. As a small business owner, I understand that additional documentation may be required, which is why I fully cooperated throughout the process. What is most frustrating is that I invested a significant amount of time gathering and submitting all of the required paperwork, only to receive a denial without a clear explanation. Since other lenders have already approved me, this outcome is confusing and disappointing. I expected a more transparent and professional review process. I would appreciate a detailed explanation of why my application was denied and what specific factors led to that decision. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Worst loan experience my wife and I have had. Dale Milliken had us resend our info 3 times, wouldn’t answer calls or texts, would tell us things were all caught up and find out we weren’t and then timed out and start over. Jasmine helped us out in this process and eventually Chad Kubic helped to get loan completed.
