this company is only good when they get the money but after the refiance they do not have anything to do with you we have tried to get our refiance funds release and nobody can help

This was a great experience

This was a great experience. Our rep Jacob Burk was very attentive to our concerns. Our closing was fast and efficient. We had time to read everything and respond quickly to every request. The only negative was sending our packet of checks thru UPS without a signature and left at the door. Thankfully it hadn’t blown away and the neighbor said it was left at their door. The closing statement with confetti on the page was a nice touch.

The epitome of excellent

Yes, this company is doing great and everyone from start to finish was excellent and when someone did not have the answer, they provided me with the next person that did and everything went smooth so I just have to think say thank you to the whole team especially Christian K I cannot pronounce his last name and the rest of the team. Thank you very much. You did excellent work once again I cannot post anything on social media because I’ve never been on social media and I don’t even have those accounts. I can only text an email.

Horrible company to remove ones email…

Horrible company to remove ones email and/or number from receiving floods if unwanted emails and telephone advertisements. They blow your phone up and harass you to no end. Have made 5 requests to remove my email and number from all their data banks to no relief.

Chris Prescott was the agent I worked with. Through the entire process he was patient, thorough and knowledgeable. He responded to every voicemail promptly and answered every question. The entire team from the beginning was always helpful. The process was smooth.

Missing Escrow Refund Check

An escrow refund check was never received. After calling the help desk on three separate occasions over the course of 2 months there is still no resolution. Every help desk technician assures me a new check is coming soon, but it never arrives. It is impossible to talk with a manager because of company policy. Additionally, the company failed to pay property taxes for 2025 despite the escrow account. After three very lengthy phones conversations they ultimately paid just before the tax lien went up for a certificate of sale. Horrible customer service and say what you want to hear just to get you off the phone! Can’t wait to refinance with another company that actually cares about their clients.

Received an email from Rocket today that I have an important document and click here to read. I click here and sign into my account and presto, no documents, no loans listed. Worse yet, you cannot get a human to answer the telephone for assistance. How can they stay in business?

Everything overall went well

Everything overall went well. Ms. Julia Geesey was great! She was prompt, knowledgeable, and very supportive throughout the refinance. The only reason I would not give 5 stars is that I did not like that the debt to be paid was by bank checks. These checks should have been wire transfers and sent out as soon as the loan closed. Almost all my banking is on-line now. It was not a simple task to find account numbers, statements, and addresses for each account I had to send a check to. Not to mention having to buy envelopes and stamps. There is also a delay (due to snail mail) in getting the debt paid off so there will be residual interest to be paid. With everything being electronic, even the closing signatures, I think Rocket mortgage should have directly paid off the debt. I also felt that the closing costs should have been lowered since it was a refinance. Especially since it was a VA refinance. We should have gotten credit for the original funding fee, title searches, and other fees from the time we actually bought the house. Thank you.

Rocket Mortgage is a great mortgage company. They have great people who are diligent, great communicators and straight shooters. I would not hesitate to go with Rocket Mortgage again
