The loan took 2 months to complete
The loan took 2 months to complete! My wife and I have credit scores over 720 with 2 million in our Ameriprise account. We have a combined monthly income of over 22k and our house which secured the loan appraised for over 500k over what is owed on the mortgage. This deal should have been done in a week 2 at the most.

Both Rob, Tiara and all The kind folks I dealt with along the way were attentive, polite and quick to return calls and explain the whole process to me, my closing officer I can’t remember her name was particularly helpful with me when I was struggling to get my video and audio connections working for my online closing.
