Nikki and Eric also for their part. It had been a long time between homes, I was hesitant about how much detail was needed, but Rocket staff gave me a sense of security and caring.

Everyone I spoke with was kind and helpful, but also had a sense of urgency about wanting to keep the process moving. Assuming a mortgage after the death of a loved one required a little extra patience from Rocket and they went above and beyond to hold my hand when I needed help.

Rocket Mortgage doubles are monthly payment without telling us!

We took a small loan out of our equity to pay off some bills just over two years ago. We had a pretty good rate at our monthly payment was right at $2000 then all of a sudden a year later without notifying us Rocket Mortgage took a payment out of $4000. I called to inquire what was going on and was told that they made a mistake and we're not withdrawing enough for escrow. We were furious that all of a sudden our rate doubled due to their mistake we have been paying about $3800 the last few months Rocket Mortgage has done nothing. I find it completely unfair that they sold us a rate in a payment just to make the deal and now we're the ones suffering. Their actions remind me of Washington mutual during the housing bubble.!

Zero Stars if I Could – Pure Garbage Experience Rocket Mortgage is one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. From the second I started the process, everything was an uphill battle. Horrible customer service is putting it mildly. Every single call, email, and message felt like I was talking to people who either didn’t know what they were doing or just didn’t give a damn. Constant runarounds, long wait times, and answers that changed depending on who you spoke to. Nothing was ever simple. Every step of the loan process was a challenge, a delay, or some new headache they created. And then came closing day. The questions and last-minute issues they threw at me were an absolute joke. It felt like a total fraud. After weeks of dealing with their incompetence, they had the nerve to hit me with confusing, shady, last-second demands that made the whole thing feel dishonest. No clear explanations, no accountability, just more stress and more of their usual nonsense. It was the perfect ending to a completely miserable experience. I would never recommend Rocket Mortgage to my worst enemy. Save yourself the headache, the wasted time, and the absolute frustration. There are better lenders out there who actually know how to treat people and close a loan without turning it into a nightmare.
