My experience was ok. The rep was nice, but not very knowledgeable. Had a difficult time searching for answers, even spoke to her supervisor to help her find the answer but was not helpful. Together we finally figured it out. It took lots of time on the phone, more than needed. But she was very nice and pleasant.
I want to extend my special thanks to "Margaret" in the Tax Dept. (somewhere in Texas?). She understood my issue immediately and agreed to stay on the phone until we resolved it together. She knew exactly how to address the issue, and was helpful, patient and kind. I've owned properties for 40+ years and this was the most pleasant encounter I've ever had with a mortgage company.
