He went above and beyond to walk me through how to set up bill pay with my bank and he was so kind and patient with me. I hope to speak with someone like him or him with every encounter I have at Freedom mortgage.

CHECK NEEDS Cosigned by Freedom"
I had a check sent to me by my insurance company that needed a cosign by Freedom for a claim so I could pay for work needed after a water damage situation. I only gave it a 9 do to the steps needed to get to a live rep. Everything went super smothe once I was able to express what was needed by Freedom. Maybe as part of the pre-recorded messages and item could be added "Need Check Cosigned"
