When I called to get help to find the best loan that fits my needs, miss Taylor Crume was the key for my relief. She listened and was very sympathetic and compassionate. She told me that she will do her best to help me. She was honest, friendly, and professional.
Marco Marquez was very helpful in collecting the information to get the process going so easy and fast. He called me several times to check if I have any questions and made sure I get the information that I needed to continue with the process with no problem.

Zero stars for customer sevice
Zero stars for customer sevice. I had a very disappointing experience with my mortgage recast. The documentation process took 10 business days after my lumpsum payment, which was much longer than expected and caused unnecessary delays and had to pay extra interest for August even though my lumpsum payments went through by July 24th. Despite having ample time to review everything carefully, a significant error was made, resulting in approximately $5,000 being omitted from the documents.
This mistake should have been caught before the paperwork was finalized. I expected better attention to detail, clear communication, and a thorough review of all documents. Instead, I experienced delays, poor quality control, and a costly oversight that could have affected me financially.
I hope company takes responsibility for errors like this so that future clients do not have a similar experience. All I got back was agent hanging up on me.
Omaro Ayloush was a pleasure to work with at PennyMac. He listened patiently as we asked a lot of questions, and he took time to explain everything very clearly.

Tony was every knowledgeable with every part of the process. His response time to any questions that came up was stellar.
He made me feel very comfortable with the process. I asked some questions he may have thought was silly or that I should have known the answers to but he never made me feel that way. I felt he was looking out for my best interests.
