What made the experience fantastic was the amount of attention to detail even when errors are mistakes were made quickly resolving those issues we had originally started going down one particular loan path that actually didn't work out and we were able to quickly choose a different loan path that actually worked out just as well. This has been a major turning point in my life, and I am thrilled to have gone through this experience with Pennymac and their fantastic staff that made this a very wonderful experience.

When I called , it was only to get information on a possible refinance, Sean Miguele was fantastic, he answered all my questions and never pressured me into anything I didn't want, he followed up and helped me every step of the the way and even helped me get the refinance terms I needed most . After I decided to go with a refinance he was there through all the closing paperwork and information so I never felt lost. Thank you again we need more customer service like you. Hunter was our loan officer and he was the best. Always responsive, clear communication and had our best interest in mind. Was very transparent throughout the process and did everything timely.

Working with Omar at PennyMac was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had during a home purchase. From the very beginning, he was knowledgeable, responsive, honest, and genuinely committed to helping me get the best possible loan.
Omar consistently went above and beyond throughout the entire process. He worked incredibly hard to secure the best interest rate possible, negotiated additional lender credits on my behalf, and took the time to explain every step along the way. I disliked, because it took an extra time to close. Several times I was told by different various people that we have all documents. A few days later I hear PennyMac needs this and this document. Wants all documents were in it still took over a month to close.

PennyMac is a well-oiled machine. The process moves along well. Every step of the way is easy to move through. Systems are set up well, easy to upload docs and connect with the staff. This current transaction is my 3rd one and it’s been awesome. Customer service, loan processing and the loan officer are in sync and updates are provided timely. This current transaction had an issue from a lender that never reconveyed their release on a paid of HELOC. Robert Cano and Kathleen were instrumental in working through that matter and provided a resolution for the underwriters to complete the approval. I highly recommend PennyMac for your home mortgage needs.
