Zach and Edward were very attentive polite and friendly. Seamed to really want to help us! The portal is really good just sometimes difficult to upload pics. The title company is slow and not as good communication as PennyMAC but answered all questions when asked. They did not explain the check process exactly. But we did receive our deposit a day later than expected. But now I’m in my second day waiting for checks. The notary was awesome! Highly recommend him! He knew what pages to sign where and what He was very friendly and professional. Thank you

Really POOR service by Roseanne Rodriguez. She was never helpful with navigating the process and gathering the numerous documents that she wanted re sent, but had been sent numerous times already! I had PennyMac as my loan provider, and never in the past experienced such poor service. EVERYTIME Roseanne touched my file or called me, things were screwed up. Please review my calls and file to trace the break down with my process.
