Ruben overall was ever communicative. I love how he constantly kept me updated during this process. I always had questions and his responses was always very timely. Because of that, this process was not stressful at all because he would always communicate next steps.

We have issues with our loan to be funded. I feel there is a disconnect between PennyMac and the title company. I am very concerned with communication. I have money that has not been wired, this is a concern. PennyMac says the loan has been funded yet there has been no money wired into my account nor has the heloc been laid. I’m not sure who is at fault, and frankly don’t care, I would like this issue resolved. We have already been placed in a repayment status for the loan yet the money has yet to been dispersed. This is unacceptable in my opinion.
