They have been impossible to get in touch with. They intentionally make it difficult to pay your bills. Avoid this company, and if they buy your mortgage, do whatever you can to get out. There is a reason they have such low reviews on Google.
Outstanding overall.Every aspect of working with these folks has been outstanding. Terrific communication on escrow updates, etc. My only negative is a minor one. While I appreciate security, the phone process to actually speak to someone is cumbersome and repetitive but that's common.

Hands down the worst mortgage company we’ve had forced on us. They take money out for the escrow account, then routinely fail to pay out the home owners insurance with that money like they are supposed to. Our insurance was canceled again due to freedom mortgage.
