Haven’t had the best experience
Haven’t had the best experience. Things have taken forever and it’s been headaches since day one, tons of mistakes that weren’t my fault that caused more delays and financial burden to me. Forced to pay off my insurance before they would even tell me if I was approved or not, the appraiser they hired made an error that got the loan denied. It got reopened after I had to make a huge fuss about it otherwise I was on my own. The loan terms changed the last minute, just had to accept it as it’s already been over 2 month process and now going on three weeks to even get funded and there’s been issues with them sending it to my bank and I don’t get told till a week later it failed. Then I have to wait longer for them to try again and I get no intel on when it’s coming or if it is coming. I have invested a lot of money into this process and it’s hurting me just sitting here in the unknown. I’ll never use them again.

This was mind blowing. I applied for a Heloc and the overall process was great. Today I got conflicting info on mobile notary locations and the process. After calling customer service and being on extended hold .. I got hold of a Rep. she was extremely rude. She was talking to me as if I was a nuisance. And after few min I asked could I speak to someone else plz .. she hung up on me . I truly hope these calls are recorded

My experience with Figure was great
My experience with Figure was great. However I just wanted to point out that not everyone understands technology nor can see well and sometimes needs assistance to see what is in front of them especially if they are on a phone trying to complete the notary part of the task. My husband requested assistance with enlarging the document as he was not able to see the document or how to enlarge it. He was informed that the next time he asks for assistance it will nullify his encounter and will need to call back for another notary.
