Spent 1-1/2 hours on the phone (2 days) attempting to get confirmation on keeping the payment the same. None of these people helped me: Theo-16524; Meg-14076; Tiffiny-1718. Finally, I spoke with Chawanne-5909, and she helped me. Finally! Yet, I still did not get the answer I wanted, but close. Chawanne did the best.
Best mortgage company.
Best mortgage company I’ve had in 20 years. They don’t try to trick you or hit you with unexpected charges. Getting through the promos on the phone can be challenging but when you do get someone they explain everything so you understand without the garbage talk in between.

Customer service representative did everything he had to do to fix my payment problem. He was very professional knowledgeable & pleasant. I was very satisfied with his services!!!
The agent who helped me was great, but the phone system is horrendous!
The final agent I spoke with was wonderful. I had an extremely difficult time trying to get to the correct person so I could upload the updated tax information to the correct department. The phone system I have to deal with is THE MOST DIFFICULT ONE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. I was hung up on twice, lead around th circles and asked for the same information at least 4 times.

This is the first specialist who actually wanted versus had to to help us. Give us alternatives and explained why one would work in my situation vs how the other could not. She was not belittling of my situation. She should train some of the others her technique.
