SERENDITY.COM ORDER SE33976 I purchased a doll for my granddaughter for Christmas, however the doll is a massive disappointment. For starters the doll is not what I ordered but a completely different doll. It is not as the picture looks on their site. It’s a cheap, nasty looking thing. It doesn’t come in a box as the picture suggests. When I contacted them regarding a refund, this is the message I received:- Dear buyer, we are very sorry that the product cannot meet your satisfaction. As we are engaged in international trade, the shipping cost for returning the product needs to be borne by the buyer, which is very expensive. Therefore, we can refund 5% of the cost for you. Do you think it is okay to keep the product? Best wishes🤔 Obviously I have told them I want the full amount refunded and I will make sure that they STOP FRAUDING PEOPLE! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS
