Fast, Understanding, Great Customer Support
Mashvisor seems to be a top product. I subscribed for a free trial but unfortunately timing got in the way and not only I was not able to completely try the product, I was actually charged the renewal fee right before I was able to cancel it (on the same day). I sent an email to Mashvisor explaining the situation and their representative was very understanding, prompt, and provided excellent customer support, effectively granting a refund in this circumstance. I will definitely be subscribing and using Mashvisor in the near future. Their product and customer service has earned my trust.
