Booking difficulties
I had a lot of difficulty booking a flight - no one's fault at your company - and everyone I worked with was excellent - Charlie, Emma and Tyson. Although I couldn't give Tyson all the information he requested in order to look into my booking, he still found it and discovered all my issues had been resolved. He then provided me with helpful, reassuring links and made certain I was satisfied. You have a well-trained, eager to please staff of whom you should be exceedingly proud. Please reward them all.
