Poor Service
The minute I got my hat in the mail I didn't want it...I purchased 2 hats and they were both delivered together in a rectangular box.... I opened it and the hats were bent and squeezed inside this box in which I've purchased hats before from online sites and never were they packed and crammed in a box thats not even the right size...I also didn't get an invoice because I need one to send it back.The hats were so wrinkled and bent that I didn't try to put it on but emailed hats fashion asking for a refund but seeing these reviews I know I have an uphill battle because I have yet to get a response since emailing hats fashion since Saturday.I work hard for my money to be treated this way and ignored...I just want my money back.....
