Poor connectivity over time and poor support
The sound quality is excellent, but over time it has become increasingly difficult to connect the speakers to a new Wi-Fi network. Eventually, they become unusable simply because they can't be moved to a new connection. It's incredibly frustrating and very disappointing, especially for such a premium product.
