They are scammers
They are scammers, They closed my account back in September and hold my payments for four months and I was told that the payment will be deposited on January 20th. I am waiting for them but they are not giving me my money even after over four months now. I have sent them hundred of emails but I am not yet successful in getting my payments. Update 26 January I have sent them multiple emails at support centre but in reply they are telling to sent us again, just giving me lollipops. My payment was already on hold for over four months, you can’t hold it for anymore time. Not solve my issue yet Update after sending email with subject line “trustpilot review” “ Dear Valued Customer, We apologize for the inconvenience caused. While we are building a global platform, we hope to be helpful to businesses worldwide. After some review, we came to the conclusion that your business model cannot be supported by Rapyd for the enclosed compliance reasons. If you have already started accepting payments, our financial department will contact you to settle the funds stored in your Client Wallet back to your bank account. If you have not yet added a Bank Account for settlement, please log in to the Client Portal and go to "My Account". We hope you find a partner that fits your needs better.” This even more horrible experience. My account was closed 128 days ago and the payment was supposed to be deposited on 20th January. But still they are telling we can’t support your business. Even I have not asked for account I need my money which is on hold for more than 4 months. I lost my mental health while working with them.
