Given inaccurate information
I have been using ship.com for about 2 years. When I set up my billing I was not able to attach my bank account due to an error in their system. At that time I was advised I could add a balance (which you are required to do if you don't have your banking attached to the account) and that I could be refunded at anytime in the future that I no longer wished to use their services. I tried to get my money back and was informed that I could only be refunded for up to 6 months from the initial payment. Now I am stuck using their services until my money runs out when other companies have much lower shipping rates. I gave 2 stars because even though I had this issues and their rates are higher than done other websites I do find the system easy to use and navigate and it connects with square.
