NON-RELEASE OF OTP FOR PHONE VERIFICATION
For the past one month, they have not responded to me. I have used WhatsApp, voice and SMS for verification of my phone number but they don't respond to me. Sometimes, they will block my phone for one hour and latter release it. I am tired of attempting my phone verification. Please they should try and respond to me. I like their review on the trust pilot but I am surprised that they can't respond to me for my phone verification so that I join others and buy gift cards from them.
