DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I paid $136 for this company to assemble a futon for me. Each time I called I was told that they tried to reach a technician but the technician did not answer the call. This went on for over a week. Subsequently, I assemble the futon myself. I'm still waiting for the refund of the assembly fee.
