Shipping discounts
As small, sole proprietor customer I order shipping supplies maybe twice a year. Sometimes there are incentives offered online for free or discount shipping, usually for orders over a certain amount. When I think I've met or exceeded the amount I still don't get any discount - so I wish it were more clear in terms of 'fine print' what the criteria might be.
