It would be a zero if you offered that option to review. I ordered an item from them and it's been three months. I have been constantly writing to them to give me updates and I just received an email saying that I refused the order that the carrier tried to deliver. I've been home recovering from a surgery, not going anywhere. I did not refuse anything from a carrier and they refuse to give me a refund. I would accept the order if I had only gotten it! Beware of this company.
