Ordered wrong item and support team helped resolve
Was very happy that BARE resolved an issue regarding my order. I ordered the wrong camera bump protector - for an iPhone 12 Pro when I have an iPhone 12. I contacted them to send it back and exchange for the correct item but that would cost a lot in shipping going back and forth. So they just sent me the correct item for a nominal fee without having to return the wrong item. Issue was resolved quickly and I received correct item in a few days. Thank you!
