Had a change in heart about refunding for product
Do not stand behind their products when sold for something it is not made for. The pet blanket had snags within a few days of use. I was offered to try and send it back or they would give a partial refund or risk customs and possibly no refund. Terrible quality product. Do not buy from them. They do not allow bad reviews on their website, they screen them. ***Update: After leaving several bad reviews including this one I was contacted by the company and they refunded my money. This experience would have been much better had they done the right thing from the beginning, however, I am appreciative that they reevaluated and stood behind their product. They did also ask that I update this review to be transparent.
