After I followed his instructions (provided links & using TeamViewer ) - the program failed to install - multiple attempts . I told him of the failure - he said the support is not free - I PAID for the program & Support. He offered a refund I I accepted. Not a good experience, don't understand his frustration. I've been in IT since 1980's
