Poorly made product,
Poorly made product. Portable AC went south after a few months of use. Customer Service gave us the "We're sorry to inform you ..." speel after they requested more than enough information to see that we purchased the PAC from them. Funny thing is we purchased this item through Kohls. Kohls didnt even want to back up the product. Kohls should not be promoting products online they cannot support. It gives them a bad name.
