This company is absolutely ridiculous
This company is absolutely ridiculous. *DO NOT USE THEM* I submitted a quote to be approved two weeks ago and I have heard nothing but lies about when it is going to be approved, I have called and e-mailed multiple times and each time they say it will be the next day and they don't know why it hasn't been approved. That is 2 weeks without a phone, I have lost business because of there negligence. An example of there customer service. I called for the 4th time last week, the gentleman I spoke to was trying to pull up my account, he asked for my phone number and I gave it to him, he said he couldn't find it, then he used my full name and I never gave it to him. He refused to tell me how he knew my name and could not find my account. finally after giving him everything he needed he magically found it, was rude about it and told me I would have my quote the next day. When the phone call ended he refused to hang up first so I could not submit the phone survey. Shame of a company.
