Overall DHgate experience
It’s impossible to get any satisfaction from customer service. They tell me one thing and then I wait and then I’m told something different. I’ve always had to turn to my credit card and Bank to get a satisfactory answer. Always take screenshots of your conversations with them so you will have your receipts. Overall I think DHgate is a good place to find things just know if a seller says they don’t have any other pictures. Walk away and find a seller that will.
