Shocking customer service!
Shocking customer service. Sent me the wrong dress. Emailed, no response. Response via Customer service online “distribution team” will be in touch… Nothing… Went to chat online, couldn’t “find me an agent” for clothing more on the expensive side , I suggest you get an adequate customer care team together. Will not shop online here again. Gladly live in London returned to store, still without the dress I wanted .
