I was so excited to purchase a long distance toy for my husband and I as I will be traveling without him for 3 months. I was pleased with the communication via email from Lovense once I placed my order and was surprised by how quickly my product arrived. I ordered the Ferri and am relatively pleased. It is louder than I anticipated and the Bluetooth connection fails more than I'd like. But, technology is only so reliable. I do plan to purchase more toys from Lovense in the future.
