Sweaterpicks discourages returns, unacceptably low product quality Received my irregular shape rug and the quality was absolutely laughable and 100% unacceptable. When I contacted them for a return, they shared that I could send back for a refund but they try to con you into taking 20 dollars compensation instead because, “We contacted the logistics company. Because COVID-19 is still prevalent at present, it may take at least one month to return the package. Considering that the transportation time is too long, the package may be damaged or lost in the transportation process. In order to maximize the interests of customers, we agree to return [20 dollars in total] as compensation, and do not need to return the product.”
