Three months late with an order and…
Three months late with an order and then when it finally arrived today the print is awful. Faded and parts of the image missing. Just the worst. EDIT: I have emailed them, as their response has suggested, and messaged on twitter. Zero response. EDIT 2: they’ve just edited their response to say that they did email me. Which they did finally do - after my first edit. Very sneaky of them to change their response to make it seem like they had emailed me beforehand. Their advise was to ‘throw the item away, or donate it’. Seems extremely wasteful to me. Also no one is going to want a printed jumper where half the print is missing. Appalling customer service and appalling company. I do not consider this a successfully resolved issue, the way they seem to be patting themselves on the back for not delivering a quality product on time or of any quality at all is disgraceful.
