atrocious customer service
The software is decent but their customer support and communication is absolutely abysmal. I am not sure if their agents even understand how to use the platform as they can't even answer the most basic of questions. The only reason I am still with them is because of the software. I am currently looking for a new provider as I am now doing really well and if issues arise and I can't get assistance then my business could suffer. Also, most of these reviews appear to be fake to inflate their rating. I am well-connected in the e-comm space and all of the people doing well share my opinion of this platform. Could be good if you are starting out but be careful.
