This company shouldn’t even be given the option of a single star! Ordered a birthday present for a friend on 27th December and it has still not arrived. Her birthday was 20th Jan… I went via Klarna and I had contacted the company 3 times to no avail, however once I suspended the payment via Klarna they were soon quick to reply! I have asked for a refund 5 times now. Apparently my order arrived in Manchester on 25th January and apparently it’s still on its way.. clearly being delivered by snails! I just want my money back!
